Last week in showbiz delivered all the thrills and Chills from the Ashaiman to the World Concert, Welcome to Sowutoum concert, among other events taking center stage.
This year’s Ashaiman to the World Concert (ATTWC) recorded massive crowd attendance estimated to be around 100, 000.
It also witnessed some memorable performances from some of Ghana’s finest acts such as Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, King Promise, Obrafour, Quamina MP, Eno Barony, Strongman, among others.
The surprising moment of the ATTWC concert was when Shatta Wale joined Stonebwoy on stage to thrill fans and also strengthened their relationship as they set sight on thriving Ghanaian music worldwide.
Another surprising moment last week was when Strongman joined Medikal during the Welcome to Sowutoum Concert and the absence of Fella Makafui when Sister Derby and Medikal ”weirdly” performed together on stage.
Sarkodie’s Ofeesto single featuring Prince Bright of Buk Bak fame, continue to see the light of the day and a big bang for the festive season.
Patapaa made his first stage appearances at the SmartUp Street Carnival in Offinso after battling an illness which sidelined him for some weeks and was also adjudged 2019 Artiste of the Year at the Central Music Awards (CMA).
